I just did this, clicked None of these as I'm currently an Apprentice Electrical Engineer and just completed the survey. Will I still get entered?

    Which ECS card

Hi, I'm currently stuck between two pillars, I'm out of work and their is literally no guidance out there for me. I completed a level 2/3 2330 course 5 months ago, did my 17th edition 2 months ago and I'm currently waiting on my CSCS operatives card, which apparently is absolutely essential...

    ECS & CSCS

Hi All, I'm just wanting some advice as I'm a bit confused. I've recently been offered (only word so far) some work doing Electrical work in a School, working away, but it's the only offer that I've had so I'm grabbing it by both horns so to speak. Anyway, I've been told that I need a CSCS...

    What to do now?

Just started my 17th edition today, 6-9 one day a week for 10 weeks so not too bad, my only error is the college were pretty much not that helpful in the fact I turned up with the Red regs book only to see everyone had the new Green version, Green book ordered /money. Hopefully this is another...

    What to do now?

Aye, I've been told a few times how hard it can be. I'm going to ring my college and get on the 10 week course tommorow, I wouldn't mind Domestic, I can start doing that pretty easily as I've got a relative who does Electrical work and has his testing and inspection etc, but my main motivation...

    What to do now?

Anything really, PV, Commercial, Industrial. I just want a 'job' so to speak, as long as it's related to electrical.

    What to do now?

Well after finishing my Level 3 2330 after 3 years I found little to no guidance after college for what I should be looking for, as I'm 'part' qualified, I'm just sending my CV's off to electrical companies with a cover letter explaining that I've done 3 years, drivers licence and what I'm doing...

List IN ORDER- test required for a new installation

Guidance Note 3 explains the correct procedure, page 33 I think. best thing to do is make an Excel file like I have to show the sequence, expected results, how you do it, settings used, leads used etc.

    2330: 302/303

Depends on how busy your tutors are, I had my 302 within the day as a few of them belted them off, the 303 I waited a week.

How do you revise? And how do you know if you've revised enough?

I only know the dirty one, otherwise I wont remember it. BBROYGBVGW, and yes it's the "bad boys" one lol my dad has a clean one which is something like Billy Brown Revives On Your Gin But Values Good Whiskey

Just passed my first year....do I have to pay for year 2?

This is most likely depending on your college, I had to pay for my second and third year but I already had an NVQ3 in IT technologies so from my perspective it's entirely different, I'd give your college a phone.

How do you revise? And how do you know if you've revised enough?

I was terrible with revising when I was at school, nobody taught me the importance of it and I wasn't told how to do it hence I never really started learning properly until I was 18, but the most useful revision technique tried and tested is reading it over a few times, then closing and trying...

    2330 Level 3 Passed today! :D

I know what you mean, I've applied to places where I wouldn't have thought of applying yet I've not heard anything back yet. It's a massive weight off my shoulders, I'm not a very confident person generally but after doing my level 2 and 3 over 3 years and passing is a massive relief and a huge...
