    Thats the logic I had. I suppose countersunk are just far more commonly available. I was just wondering what coating was best: bright zinc plated, brass etc.. Thinking of getting these: screwfix. com/p/prodrive-flange-self-tappers-6-x-1-pack-of-100/85188 Cheers for you reply. Dan

    Hi, Just wondering if there are any regulations on what material or type of screw to use. I heard somewhere you should use countersunk. Is that true? Many Thanks, Dan
