What Part P scheme provider are you going with... (for your assessment)..

most of them have this stuff you can download from their website..

You just have to stick in your business name etc...

they also generally do risk assessment forms etc...

other than that just get an A4 ring binder label the front

"Complaints".

if you do then get any complaints.. file them in there.

im going with napit, il look on there site now for some thanks for ut help

Don't start that off now Mate - because whoever does it - will be taking a little holiday from the forum - Perhaps a perminant one. I am not going to be lenient - It will scare off our new members to attitudes like that and some of our old respected members would go too.

and mr smiths bold red thank you admin

All I have is a book with complaints written on the book and fill that out if I get any complaints. I have entered a couple of bits in there where I have had a couple of parts I supplied fail (1 lamp and 1 RCD) - neither worked from new as soon as I fitted them but it looks like I use the book if there is atleast something in it!
