I would like to reset my alarm with my own engineer code. My son also accidentally hit the alarm box with a ball and Tamper K03 has come up on 9751 lcd unit with red spanner Engineer reset button lit. Can anyone help?

If you enter your code it should be ok.
if it still shows a tamper its ladder time. You need to go up to the bell box, open it and adjust the tamper switch.
Change the engineer code you need the existing engineer code, failing that you can default the engineer code.

I have tried my standard code a few times and doesn't reset. The alarm bell box has bleeped a few times today. After few times using codes then tick it seems to knock it off.....eventually. However still says 'K03 missing' and 'RESET required' and shows the red spanner? If I default engineer code surely I'll have to reset everything?

If it does not clear with your code, you need to get your ladder out and.......
You can default the engineer code without defaulting the programming (Oh, you will have to correct the clock)
