Hi Guys,

I am getting the following message "This application has failed to start because MSPCORE.DLL was not found. Re-installing the application may fix this problem." When trying to open 'Microsoft Office Document Imaging'.

I have done a search on Google, and they all seem to point to this filed being deleted by anti-virus software etc.

All websites that I have found all recommend that I use a scan registry programme which has to be purchased afterwards.

Two such ones are "RegistryBooster" and "Registry Patrol".

Anyone heard of these? Anyone used these? Any Info Welcomed.

Thank You Philbas.

I am downloading it now, and will let you know if it sorts it out. :)

Just downloaded it and re-started PC.

Still the same message showing though - It didn't work. :_|

Any ideas as to what else I could try please?

Many Thanks.

ring Bill and tell him his software is carp.but I bet you will be in a very long queue.
Ask Sandra on he will deffinitely no whats going on.
ROTFWL .

I have solved it now - I uninstalled Office 2007 and re-installed it.

I was trying to convert a PDF into text.

Save the file as text. But it said that it could not see any text in there.

(It was text and no images on the page that I was trying to do) :_|

Been looking at "Abby Finereader 10" - but it is expensive at

Cheap compared to some other OCR scanning software even cheaper if you go to the right sites:innocent
Hi septiclecky

Can you share the sites where it's cheaper/free if it's allowed on here or if not pm me as I'm interested. I used to use limewire but viruses are everywhere and try to avoid this now if possible. Thanks

I have the trial version, and I must say it is great.

Naturally, some of the text is messed up, though. :(
