We've been approached by a development company which build new industrial units.

They want us to start installing PV for them, been looking about the net but there is a lot of info about....

They would be prepared to pay for our accreditation and training to enable us to undertake the work for them.

What i am asking is the basics.

1. Feed in tariff for industrial

2. Cost of Panels and the wattage per panel (trying to Calv the time to pay off installation)

3. Any other things that you can think of

Industrial & commercial FITs don`t come into until next April, AFAIAA.

Cost of panels depends on manufacturer used (MUST be MCS though), inverter, roof mounting system etc.

If you do a search, you`ll find a few threads on this, with very good info provided - we have some guys already accredited; and others (like myself) currently going through the process.

You might find this usefull, actuallty the whole site has some good information.

We are seriously considering suppling the panels, inverters etc as kits on the web site, we already sell the Kwh meters for solar installs.

I have managed to set up a good deal with Grants.
