JG and floplast

can any one tell me if this flowplast fitting will fit and not leak on JG pipe and insert i was told not to mix and match the two brands, but i may have been lied to.

why not just use JG then.?

speedfit is the mutts, AFAIAC- Flo isn`t as good, in my experience.

Mix and match at your own risk - neither manufacturer will take any liability for any problems which may ensue....

ive used both floplast & JG. i would not recommend floplast. crap quality and too many problems. only use JG now

hay i got replieys with out knowing

i did not use it in the end i used a JG one i think the JG is good stuff.

it was a late night shop at SF thats all they had.

ended up using this bit dubious at first but it worked alright

Did you use pipe inserts?

A plumber-friend of mine told me you can mix and match different manufacturers fittings and pipe, but the insert you use must match the pipe not the fitting.

Never played with poly pipe domestically, only the 20/25mm blue stuff outside.
