That is NOT a tick. It's some small growth, that if growing quickly may need to come off. Stop pulling at it with tweezers!

BTW if you want to remove a tick buy one of these, using tweezers squeezes gut content from the tick back into your dog giving a nasty reaction and you are likely to leave the head parts behind.

If it needed to come off it's 100% a job for your vet.

Our pup managed to pick up a tick recently. We removed it with a tick removal tool and some fairly energetic dog wrestling. The tool is the green thing in the picture. The visible part of the tick was about the size of a chilli seed.
