I read a short article in this months Professional Electrician about the Kewtech KT63; I'm looking for a cheap, no frills tester which will match the 17th Edition standard, and this looks to fit the bill.

Has anyone here used it, and can they recommend it?

Thanks

We have them in stock and have sold a few, before we bought them we saw them demonstrated and they looked very good.

They are built to a price but knowing the company fairly well the quality should be good.

The KT63 is a good robust machine. I did give it some bad press at first which I regret as I was getting confused as it doesn't do a 2 lead test. I have spoken to Kewtech and met the team at the ELEX show in Esher, they were really helpful and gave some great advice. It's a very good machine at a very good price.

Good solid tester and good for the price, serviced and looked after in the UK made by a manufacturer with a long track history.
