Hi all! I have a one nozzle shower, the kind that turns counter-clockwise and gets hotter the more you turn to the left. My problem is that I can only move the nozzle about one-eighth turn before the water starts getting hot, which of course means that I have a very weak flow of cold water. I checked the threads on the inside of nozzle, as well as on the turn off valve stem, and nothing seems to be stripped. Any ideas on where to go from here? Thanks in advance!

Hi

Is this an Electric instant heat shower?

If so then has this problem just started?

It may be that One of the elements has packed up

Suggest you get an electrician with test equipment to check it for you
