Its a company called Zinc. They are a debt collection agency, when they speak to you they may know you by name and then ask about your neighbour, do you know them etc?
Or they will ask for a person you have never heard of.
They really are a debt collection agency, but seem to have a knack of calling the wrong people, which inturn makes you think its your debt / stressful
