Croydon/Thorton Heath area. Converted Victorian house. This is the 1st floor flat with loft above.It has laminate flooring throughout and its occupied but it needs rewiring ASAP. It quite possibly can be rewired all through the loft with surface trunking drops down to surface mounted sockets & switches.
Not that difficult but its just too far for us. I have worked in that area before and have to leave at 5.30 am and if the Blackwell Tunnel has problems not get home till midnight so.... s-d that. Very good customer of mine with a few other properties in the area, but most in N London near me.
