Wanted :: Laptop Hdd

I need a laptop hdd,

must be vF cheap,  :slap   the lappie isnt worth anything, Im running it off a usb atm,

its a mashed one I got in a box of stuff from the SiLs garage and thought it'd be spot on in the shed,

its pretty decentish spec, but smashed screen[now not there!] and HDD goosed,

so not really worth spending a load of cash on, i have it plugged into a spare 16" monitor I had,

I only need 10G so size isnt an issue,

current hdd is a Toshiba MK5055GSX

When Mrs PD's lappy died, I just got the cheapest HDD from CPC, it was something silly like 160GB, the smallest you can buy now.  I think it's about 5% used.

Need to check my backups but there might be one you may have if you can wait till the end of the week?.

not in a panic whatsoever,

I only dug it out over the weekend to see if it was salvageable at all,

it will be next weekend before I get at it again anyway, am in N Wales this weekend with the wife and kids,

freebie [sort off] courtesy of doing a PIR on a static caravan for a mate, 

Are you including PATesting in that?,, some sites around here get really funny about that

just PAT the entire caravan... providing it has a plug

Im pretty sure I have,

you could come up and do them for me     £20 a circuit, Andy reckons its only one circuit a caravan,,,,,,,,,  :slap

My caravan has 2 circuits.

Lights and Sockets.

Yeh, most mobile homes will have at least 2 circuits, if not 4

My home has 2 circuits lights and sockets :lol: okay I lied it has 3 now :slap

Just.... Not enough time to rewire my house!

yes, its ATA, but someone told me there was different sizes,

I just thought the only difference was between a laptop and a desktop,

ie. 2&1/2" or 3&1/2"

Having had a proper look what's the difference between the interface being 300 on yours and 150 on ducks?
