Help With Hansgrohe Mixer Tap

Hello

I have a problem with a stiff tap I am do not know how to fix it.

It is a Hansgrohe Metris S 3-hole basin mixer and the tap that is still is the cold one - it literally takes 2 hands to turn it on and even then it is a struggle.

It has been suggested to me that there may be a build up of limescale, but to clean it I need to remove it and this is where I am stuck.

I have the fitting instructions yet they are not making any sense as a novice DIY-er, from what I can see it should be removed without the need to unscrew anything..?

If anyone can help me I would really appreciate it, I wouldn't want to have to call anyone all the way out to me for what I can imagine is likely to be a 5 minute job!

That looks like it'd be a right mare to strip down..... Im afraid my suggestion is to get someone in
