Declared Net Capacity

Thought I had posted this the other day. Maybe it was too daft a question and was deleted. I'm having a memory block on how one calculates the declared net capacity of a system.

Hints on the back of a postcard please...

16 panels at 250watts = 16 x 250

Thats what i normally put regardless of the inverter and losses etc

Lots do different but no-one reads it at the other end !

So you just put the same as the total installed capacity?

WPD now insist we rate by the inverter ie 3.6kW for a 16A limited unit on theie paperwork. For MCS cert it's still 4kW
