A very dusty old TV cab at that!
the cabinet is an old tv cabinet that does the job of having the cctv dvr on the top. the original cables where just put in to crimp on plugs and left lying on the floor so i got the switch and patch panel with leads and did it right for the pub

I have never liked jobs where the plugs are crimped on instead of into a patch panel.
used to,do,a lot of IBM systems......6150s I think. Had to take old plugs off and recrimp them as the sockets were system specific...problem was that there were NO crimp,tools available in the UK!......managed it with a terminal driver, hammer and a blunt Stanley knife blade!
then they went on to 10 pin!!!!!!! RJ 45 plugs......fricking nightmare!....until,we found that pins 1& 10 did nothing so we used. Standard 8 pin jobs with no problems!
