Apparently the RHI (Renewable Heat Initiative) that the UK government gives domestic users for a ground source heat pump is "19.33p per kWh"
But given that a heat pump generates about 4 kWh of heat for every 1 kWh of electricity used, are they talking about electrical energy used OR heat energy generated?
