local church - replacing a electric bar heater

Hi
I'm looking to help my local church by replacing a electric bar heater with two wall heaters in a office in the church hall.
I am not intending to increase the overall heat output simply spread it around the room better and allow them to use timers on the heaters to preheat the office before they arrive in the mornings.

Does this modification need a build regulation notification?

Can it alternatively be presented to an electrician for sign-off?

Does it sound like the job would be no more expensive done by electrician as their charge to inspect it?

no maybe and probably best get someone who knows what they are doing

How many kw is the bar heater. You can get electric oil filled heaters with an inbuilt timer that come on a 13 amp plug, so the only work you would have to do is to mount the brackets to the wall.
