Partial outage

Hello, I have part of the house that goes off and sometimes comes back on in seconds.  However, sometimes I have to reset my breaker.  The thing is though, the 15amp GFCI breaker would not be flipped.

After resetting GFCI breaker everything works fine for days.  Could it be that my breaker is going bad?  It is a two years old.

The registration page needs tidying up if this a genuine lost user, everyone who turns up is qualified to some degree so it is all a waste of time bothering with it.
