Why can't you buy the "recommended" driver from the supplier of the lamps?
why cant you use 2?

Manufacturers: Tridonic, Osram, Philips to name a few. You need a minimum of 22W, preferably 24W 350mA - just google the manufacturers, then decide whether they will fit in the space you have.

Not in a constant current driver - the voltage varies to keep the current constant.
