shaver socket

currently on job(35 new build houses) which require shaver socket in bathroom.wash hand basin is directly next to bath with window above,shaver socket is 

indicated here on drawing.regarding zones ,water splash etc i have flagged this up to agent as i believe it is in a dangerous area and should be moved out of

this zone,and ideas thanks

next to the bath though so could be zone 2. either way, 701.512.3 has all the answers

 

(wonder what he thinks of installing that big scary electric shower in zone 1?)

shaver sockets are normally above sink. I would locate on side furthest from bath, to avoid possible water splash, but they are SELV for a reason.
