Swop it for a plastic 4 way off ebay if it were me TBH . I recently dumped a few plastic ones , thinking I'd never need them again .

solvent weld and trunking lid.?
bit late for that. the entire cover is brittle and its now in even more pieces. currently covered in duct tape
its falling apart just as bad as rubber insulation on old cables

Now be fair the cardboard was clearly just the template and the perspex the proper job!
