Working in a reactive environment, out in the field in domestic properties. Candidate must be both polite and presentable at all times as working with the public.

Usual working hours are Monday to Friday between 08:00 and 17:00.

Clean Driving licence required as van supplied.

Overtime available as per business requirement.

Must have own tool kit.

Must be punctual and hardworking with a flexible can do attitude.

This is a fantastic and exclusive opportunity within an excellent organisation. Initially this will be on a 13 week trial basis with successful candidate(s) being taken on permanently.

I believe that is unlawful.

This Risteard is a work around, they actually pay you the holiday in your hourly rate which they quote the work for you at, you don’t actually gain any holiday pay and if you take time off as holiday you don’t get paid as you e already had it. 

It’s no more than a scam, avoid at all costs as you are nothing but screwed over, however these middlemen can say to the gov that they’ve complied on paying holiday pay.

I believe changes to the law actually prohibit it from being done this way now though. I was under the impression that legislation now mandated that paid time off be granted, which could not be rolled over into the pay.

Well if it has changed it has only changes since last November?

Rolled-up holiday pay

Holiday pay should be paid for the time when annual leave is taken. An employer cannot include an amount for holiday pay in the hourly rate (known as ‘rolled-up holiday pay’). If a current contract still includes rolled-up pay, it needs to be re-negotiated.

Ok so after a phone call  it would appear if you are self employed and being deducted CIS the holiday deduction is only a guide although not stopped. 

If however you are a PAYE employee the holiday amount is how much you accrue to be paid when you take time off.
