We've just moved in a house with a Veritas alarm.
When part setting, it seems that the alarm is only set internally (possibly for night time?). So two issues: a. when entering the front door the internal alarm goes off and b. (Most importantly), the external (loud) alarm doesn't come on in case of an intruder.
We've got the engineering code and manual but can't figure it out.
Any help would be much appreciated.
