Paxton unit wiring for alarm control unit

Recommended Posts

Hi

i have a job where the customer would like a Paxton net 2 plus door entry system wired into a texecom control box. It has a function and wired outputs to activate and deactivate the alarm when the door is released.

I have hit a stumbling block on how to wire them together

any help much appreciated

you need 2 pairs between them.

output from net2 is programmed as alarm and is connected to a zone on the texe set to latch

output form the texe is set to area armed / disarmed and connected to the input of the net2 so it knows if alarm is set or not

have a look on the paxton site, iirx there is a guide on how to do it. failing that, phone their tech support
