IPA Whisky ?

I have not tried one but it should work well. The timing of the maturation is fairly short with only three months in the ale held cask so I would expect a limited change in flavour but probably a change on the positive side, the flavours should work well together.

I normally drink Balvenie Double Wood but I’m tempted by the IPA.

The silly thing is, what do you do with a £19,000 bottle? Lock it away and look at it once a year?
