Renault trafic 2010

Hi guys.bit of a tricky one for you - if you would be so kind. I use my van for camping and at Donington last week while I inflated my airbed with a battery pump all my dashboard lights came on and have been on ever since,

Seems like a 'short' or something came on triggered by the pump. Van is fine - just every light including seat belts (even when they are in) now stays on. Is there a reset sequence I can follow.

Check earth connections, especially any connected to the dash and the power socket you used for the pump..

Really weird vehicle faults are often dodgy earth connections causing one circuit to back-feed into other, apparently unrelated, ones.
