thanks duck, not seen those before - sus pect they work in warmer drier climate than ours... :^O
The obvious snag is they are not watertight in use, or indeed unless properly closed. Forget to close it just once, before a rainstorm, (or over enthusiastic cleaner), and it's expensive trouble.
they are intended for patio infra-red heaters, but totally agree Geoff, Can't say I'm too happy about fitting such things, and will certainly make sure drainage behind them is excellent (to let the water out again) :^O
looks to be the only socket available Duck, the Kniggotsbridge item is indoor use.
