As we all know , our PL insurance is checked during the annual assessment .

Just had an email from NICEIC/ELECSA to say my insurance is up on this date and they can offer cover ....just contact etc etc

Now how on Earth did they know it was up for renewal :tongueincheek :C

Are you in ELECSA?

if so,they will have made a note of it at your last assessment then SOLD the info to,their 'insurance partner' which I think may be against the New data protection thingy

Yes I'm an ELECSAite. They must have swapped data but I think they are now one entity ...company wise . Not that I know of such things.

Yes they all share he communal Gimp mask, pair of matched Conolly Hide floggers, safe-word ( GRAVY !) and spike in ECs dungeon

Well they're the same company , Certsure so I assume the data act doesn't apply .

Does Gas Safe offer insurance , tools , hats , polo shirts etc I wonder.

Not sure if they are. I have had calls from them regarding insurances, PL, PI & van , i seem to remember they use an agent. Also they were silly high prices.
