Texecom alarm code

Texecom alarm does anybody know this please because bought my house 18 months ago and lost the paper work for my alarm it say battery charger fault and battery is not charging but I can’t get into the panel I forgotten the user code she gave me previous owner. Called Texecom they can’t help me because I don’t know my user code or engineer code can anybody help please.

You will have to do a factory reset, this should clear all codes/changes. You will then have to program to your requirements.

Is it best NOT to describe how thats done on the open Forum .?

I can send a message which SHOULD do the trick.

Suggest you purchase a new battery to fit while you have the cover off .

you can default the codes but be awre if its engineer locked then it will default everything except the engineer code, making the panel pretty much useless
