Circuit protective conductor

When installing a sub main swa with a separate Cpc to a distribution board should the Cpc go directly to the main earth terminal and not to the banjo on the gland then up to the m e t 

take it to the earth terminal, not the banjo

Is that in the regs to do that 

probably not. you could take it to banjo then to earth terminal, but its usually easier to go straight to the earth terminal

50/50, take the CPC to the EMT or the CPC to the banjo. If you take it to the banjo then continue on to the EMT with an equal sized CPC.

If you have actually read any of BS7671 you should understand it is not an installation instruction book, you will not find wire X must go to terminal Y then Z. As with far to many instances multiple solutions can all meet the wiring regulations requirements.  The regs would be too big to carry if it had to describe every permissible connection method to every conductor in all types of enclosures etc. It is the skill, knowledge and expertise of the person doing the work who will assess if their installation meets BS7671, and sign the appropriate certificate to say their work is compliant.
