Joined as I have an issue and came across this forum.
My background is working the construction/project management/RICS Surveyor. As part of my work I have gone on few NIC EIC and corgi (remember them!) course but not taken the exams as I just need to know what to look out for. So at a guess I class myself as either an informed amateur or clueless or know it all idiot.
