EasyCert made me come here

Just got fed up with the ongoing NIC cert dramas, so after 20 odd years we’ve just switched to EasyCert.  Haven’t got much of a clue what we’re doing and can’t find the manuals .... I suspect they’re around here somewhere ...

And their website has contact details...

even if you can't find the exact answers you need here on the forum...

You may be able to get the info you need indirectly..?:C

Whatever your conclusions or results ref EasyCert..

You can always stick around on the forum for general industry banter...

and mindless drivel to assist winding down after a tough customer!

I've been using Easy cert for years, I've always found it quite straight forward, but then I spent many years in an office working on computers, so perhaps have an advantage?
