Wiring a domestic CH circulating pump

I'm puting in a substitute grundfos pump 15/60 from China but it doesn't have L N and earth terminals. There are six wired terminals as follows (see image):
1C2   capacitor + Redc

N   no wire attached

L5   blue

4     green

3C1  capacitor and yellow

2   black

Can someone tell me where live, neutral and earth go please?

Here is a picture of the pump. The pump is RS25/6

Are you sure that is the input connection?  Is there a socket into which a matching cable plugs for the input connection?
That's the only connection terminal. There is no other input block. It's as if the usual L N and earth connecting block hasn't been added. It's got me baffled
