I recently purchased a 12v to 24 v convertor for a project I was doing. The wiring has baffled me as there appears to be no insulation between the positive and negative sides of the wire.
There are two bunches of strands, around half are copper coloured and the other half a more reddish colour.
I can't understand how this can operate with no insulation between the two sides.
Has anyone seen this kind of cable before?
