Looks like a nice clean working environment, plenty of room to place your screwdrivers and pliers while you are working. Just needs a bit of multi-tool cutting in a few strategic boards.

The tool of choice would have to be the recip saw, the glue in the chipboard kills multi tool blades

Even then, it looks like the lid of the box is plastered into the wall.

Respect, it must have been a damned good original install. The lid has not been off the box in years, and the cover not been off the fuses for a good while either. and it is still working (presumably)

or the 3036's have 2 lumps of 30a wire in each...
