Electric radiator not working

Hi all! 

I got a convector heater (https://www.diy.com/departments/1500w-white-convector-heater/3663602884644_BQ.prd) a few weeks ago from B&Q. Had it put in and had a new spur box fitted by an electrician because the last one blew the fuse and it was scorched inside. 

The heater is turning on, and the LCD display says that it's delivering heat but it's not! I've done the trouble shooting from the manual, but it's not working and I'm freezing. Is there likely to be anything I can do at home, or by getting someone to look at it or is it likely a faulty heater?

I should take it back to B&Q, apparently their Customer Service is pretty good and they’ll exchange it for you. 

That's one of those dreaded LOT20 compliant heaters (over complicated for most users) ........... do you know who the manufacture is?
