These scammers are at it again. Almost word for word copy of the previous emails offering "exclusive" offer for you to "look after" 470 rental properties
They want money up front
Don't sign up, don't pay them.
There are loads of sparks and plumbers spitting feathers because they parted with about £2k and got no work.
