Hello all,
This is my first post. I hope someone will be able to help with my question.
I am installing some track lighting. It is 240 volt track and individual lights are
LED with inbuilt transformers. (Biard)
The room I am installing in already has a central light which i would like to keep.
Is it possible to obtain power for the track lights from the existing centre light or switch?
If so how would I go about connecting it up?
I would like to have a separate dimmer switch for the track lights. I am reasonably competent with electronics and wiring.
I would also need advice on an appropriate surface mounted dimmer switch.
There will be a maximum of 8 -10 track lights.
Thanks in advance for any replies.
