Looking for a specific transformer?

Hi,

I'm look for quite a specific transformer (i've attached the specs); I've asked an electrical outlet and they simply told me that they don't stock them with little help as to why the didn't or any other relevant information.

Any help in my quest is very much appreciated.

One of the parameters does not add up.

48V @ 10A = 480VA yet it says it's only 200VA

It would be easy enough to buy a transformer to meet that spec.  does it HAVE to be in the same package as the original one?  What is it going into?

It's being used for a 'smart film' - seen here https://intelligentglass.net/products/self-adhesive-switchable-smart-film/ and https://www.sontefilm.co.uk/sonte-products/

So I'm not sure exactly as to the connections etc

How old are these transformers? The second link say they have a 2yr warranty? 

I really have no idea.

I asked for a spec and this is what was sent to me.
