I think some phones can be Dual Sim...

never had one myself...

enable the same phone to used one different networks..

Somewhere in the settings there will be details of SIM1 & SIM2..

I am guessing its a message relating to a second SIM card that you don't have installed.

Think they are useful for people who travel abroad wanting to utilise cheaper connections whilst away from home..??

I've seen a similar message on a phone that my sister got for my elderly Mom & Dad...

"No-SIM" in the top of the screen..

but all working Ok.

Take it out and clean the card and pins on the phone if you can using a pencil eraser. This tends to cure most SIM problems.

Test first, use another sim in the phone and see if it is the sim or the phone , if it is the sim request another one if it is a phone try to reset it if the above cleaning method does not help
