Are you talking of something like Duralac?

Why would you want to?  Dielectric grease is to stop interaction between dissimilar metals,.  Not a situation you expect inside a pair of connectors designed to make together,

I've been using silicone grease to pack similar connectors for years. Both the mating m/f connectors and around the terminals where the wires crimp/ screw. They stay in perfect condition.
