Mine today will read

”unable to conduct inspections in the main bedroom or en-suite due to the sleeping tenant”

what have you written that’s unusual ?

In a former hotel now used as student accomodation (with many downstairs areas closed off and only accessible to maintenance)

"Unable to test covered area DB due to health hazards present" - It was an area outside the kitchens covered with a canopy with the old hotel box freezers in and some sides were open (think it might have been like a walled courtyard, but with a gap between to the top of thw walls and the canopy later added over the top. Unfortuntaly since the hotel closed the pidgeons had moved in, and the DB became a perch toilet for them

Had one where I couldnt remove the DB cover as the wall had been brought out and the pasterboard overlapped it on all sides.... managed to  do an almost full test otherwise though.... Zdb and pfc taken where blanks were missing. Ring finals tested for end to end at sockets, and teh DB tested globally for insulation resistance from the switchfuse that supplied it. This and a few other issues resulted in the recommendation to replace the DB (older square D with all QO-X type 4 mcbs)
