Dear all,
I have a NX8 alarm system. Due to the fact that telephone line was no longer available I installed an IP communicator and configured the alarm monitoring station’s IP for alarm reporting.
I still receive on the NX8’s LCD screen the error message of service required for communication error.
How can I disable the telephone reporting and make the alarm use only IP ?
