Spares for bollard lights

Odd is this - I've "looked after" some communal outside lights at a block of flats for about a decade - got a call to take a look at a couple of lights / fix them , so I turn up, armed with my allen keys and found this:



this fitting used to have an ES lamp holder ........ nobody knows who fitted the LED module and my guess is that it lasted less than 1 year

So the request is to fit another ES holder - but where can I buy them to fit this bollard is the question!

Any suggestions team?

There are no recognisable marks on them.
