Flood light change

Hi guys, 

I'm attempting to change the flood light on the back of my house I have purchased this https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B085HGXMKJ/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_fabc_MJFYTPR3Q5A9N18QYNWH?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1

I have taken down the old one which had three wires and put them into a new junction box on the other end the new light only has 2 wires so I have connected them to the other side of the junction box. 

Don't seem to have any power to the light. Have I done this correctly?

That looks like a light with a PIR sensor

 try covering the sensor with your hand or wait until it’s dark

Have you trapped the insulation so that the conductor is not making contact in the connector block?

See if it works at night . . 

Having said that I now test all cheapo PIR LED lights for a few hours indoors before even bothering to try them on a wall /ladder
