I have come across a setup in my neighbours garage he has asked for clarity on.
He has:
A 2.5mm cable from the back of a double socket on the final ring main to a 13 amp Switched Fuse Spur.
From the 13 amp spur a 2.5 min cable to a double socket.
From that socket there is a 2.5 mm cable to another 3 amp Switched fused spur.
From that spur he has 1.5 mm cable to two lights.
Can’t work out if this complies or not?
I think it does until the lights on the 3 amp as this is now a radial from a fused spur from a ring. Although tbh the lights are low volts pulling next to nothing.
Said he has had it in for 10 years with no issues. Just a weird setup!
Any advice would be appreciated?
