Could this be a bargain?

Just been into local big DIY shed for some energy saving lamps

Came across some 11w 'My Planet' marked up at 0.98p with BOGOF promo

Thought OK 0.50p each not bad, got to the checkout charged 0.50p each ( ?:| ) since I was expecting 2x 0.98p

Then receipt shows 'you saved 0.50p', ok but just noticed they deducted this 0.50p of the total too!

so.... 11w lamps for 0.25p - seems a bargain, think I might stock up, as customers will happily pay

Last week in dunelm they were selling them at 10p each or 10 for 50p

we stocked up lol

Be nice when the new ones drop that low..
