Another TT question

Question

Evening all - seems to be a lot of TT queries of late!? Testing today and Ze (rod resistance) of 34.0 ohms; rather good I thought - but Zs on various circuits is around 0.85 to 1.70 ohms. I presume with the main bonds to water and gas connected these parallel paths are making the readings lower - but these readings seem really low. Anyone else had this kind of caper before. Any ideas?

Obviously the low readings are good in my customers house, but is this scenario OK as is - I presume it must be?

its safe (unless your the only house on the street with PME, and a few neighbours have earth faults and melt your earth cable!)
