I did think of that but it would have worked out more expensive for the customer, she can't afford much so I said I'll get a good make cu but try to keep the cost as low as I can. The rcbo's would cost in the region of

 
Ture Patch, but what if they wanted to go with some rcbo's in the future?

 
I always point out that single circuits with Rcbo's is better than dual Rcd's if you have a fault as it is easier to find and will never put cooker circuit through Rcd through experience of nuisance tripping. It may cost a little more but remeber its you that will be called when things go wrong.
